Itinerary Details

Day 01 : Arrive in Bangkok

Upon arrival in Bangkok, you will be picked up by the tour guide and driver and transferred to your hotel. Check-in into your hotel and freshen, enjoy the rest of the day at your own leisure.

 

Overnight: Bangkok

Day 02 : Bangkok City Tour (B)

After having your breakfast, our guide will pick you up from your hotel for a visit to the Bangkok’s "City of Angels" where you will able to explore the Indian Market (referred to as "Little India"), with vibrant stalls, street food stalls, restaurants, gold shops, fabric shop and wholesale flower market.

 

Next head to visit the Reclining Buddha at Wat Pho, which is a giant Buddha, covered in gold leaf in the lying position; it is around 150 feet long and almost 40 feet high. It is the largest and oldest temple in Bangkok city.

 

Enjoy a drive through the Royal Avenue, the King's Palace and most government offices are located here. 

 

The rest of the day is at leisure, around 5.00 PM there will be an orientation meeting with the Tour Manager, who will brief you about the upcoming tour itinerary. Have your dinner and have a comfortable sleep.

Day 03 :Full Day in Bangkok (B)

Our guide will pick you up from your hotel for Bangkok City Tour, which starts with a visit to the Grand Palace, which was the former residence of the king of Thailand, from King Rama I to King Rama V. It has many buildings, courtyards, gardens, halls, and temples. Within the complex of Grand Palace is the Wat Phra Kaew temple which comprises of a meditating Buddha made of Green Emerald.

 

Enjoy your lunch at a restaurant and continue your canal tour travel on Chao Phraya River of Thonburi and visit the Wat Arun temple. 

 

By evening enjoy ride a tuk-tuk for dinner at a local restaurant before returning to your hotel.

Day 04 :Floating Market - Kanchanaburi, Visit Bridge over River Kwai & War Museum (B)

Early in the morning after having your breakfast, check-out from the hotel in Bangkok, you will be picked up from your hotel for a trip to Damnoen Saduak Floating Market. Here, you can see the lifestyle of the local Thai people living in this floating village, and has beautiful markets, stalls, and shops on boats, temples and more. Enjoy a boat ride around the canals of the market, moving through beautiful houses of the vendors located in the canals, the colorful shops and stalls and the boats filled with goods.

 

Continue your trip with a visit to Kwai Yai Bridge in the town of Kanchanaburi. This railway bridge is also globally referred to as 'Bridge over the River Kwai' and is popular as the death railway bridge as it is made up part of rail link. Enjoy having a glimpse of the bridge; visit the museums and cemeteries for enriching historical experience.  Appreciate the beautiful landscape of the region while enjoying your lunch at a local restaurant. 

 

Check-in into your hotel in Kanchanaburi. Enjoy your dinner at the hotel restaurant and have a comfortable stay.

Day 05 : Kanchanaburi (B) Full day Hellfire Pass & Death Railway tour

Early morning have your breakfast and enjoy a full day Hellfire Pass and Death Railway tour. Hellfire Pass derives its name from Allied POWs who were forced to work day and night in the jungle using simple tools in order to complete the bridge and the railway line. To built the bridge and the railway line more than 12,000 soldiers and 80,000 Asian laborers were employed, who completely perished during the construction and hence the name.

 

Before returning to the hotel, you will be treated lunch at a local restaurant.

 

Overnight: Kanchanaburi.

Day 06 : Kanchnaburi - Ayutthaya (B)

After having your breakfast, check-out from your hotel in Kanchanaburi, our driver will drive you to Ayutthaya, ancient capital of the Kingdom of Siam. It was the second capital of the Kingdom of Siam after Sukhothai, for more than 400 years, and was once the largest glorious city in Southeast Asia.

 

It was the capital of Siam Kingdom from 1351 till the Burmese army destroyed the city in 1767. Tourists can explore around the ruins of this ancient city. The complex comprises ruins of temples, palaces and statues.

 

Start your exploration with a visit to the Bang Pa-In Palace, which was built by King Prasat Thong in 1632 and it served as the Royal Summer Palace of the Kings. The palace complex comprises many beautiful buildings with stunning architectural style, and is surrounded by a lake, adding to the magnificence of the place. 

 

In the middle of the city is the Ayutthaya Historical Park, which is designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and is home to many palaces, monasteries and towers, representing the glory of the ancient era.

 

After having your lunch, head to Wat Mahathat temple which comprise of the Buddha’s head tangled in tree roots. Get stunned by the beauty of the pagodas, stupas, and relics, which were once grand and had religious importance. 

 

Next visit, Wat Phra Si Sanphet which is the royal temple, in fact it was the largest temple in Ayutthaya, used as the royal temple. It had grand three stupas (chedis) and once housed a 16-meter golden Buddha statue, but during the invasion of the Burmese army it was melted down.

 

Head to explore the Wat Phra Ram temple which is famous for its towering prang (in Khmer style spire), the Wat Lokayasutharam is famous for the large reclining Buddha statue and the Wat Chaiwatthanaram is beautiful temple located near the riverside temple.

 

Overnight: Ayutthaya

Day 07 : Ayuthaya - Bangkok


After having your breakfast, enjoy exploring Ayutthaya on foot, and then head back to Bangkok. On the way to Bangkok from Ayutthaya, visit the Gem Gallery which comprises of gemstones and jewelry with intricate carvings and designs. If you want to purchase one of the exquisite jewelries, you will be able to choose from the luxurious pieces from the shop located within the complex of the Gem Gallery.

 

Check-in into your hotel and freshen up, enjoy the rest of the day at your own leisure. You can go to visit some tourist’s places on your own in Bangkok or enjoy shopping.

 

Overnight: Bangkok

Day 08 : Depart Thailand


Your tour ends, have your breakfast and check-out from the hotel. If you have enough time you can explore Bangkok, or enjoy shopping, before heading to Bangkok International Airport and boarding your flight for your return to your home country.
