8 Days Bangkok, Ayutthaya, Pattaya

Itinerary Details

Day 01 : Arrive in Bangkok

On arriving in Bangkok international airport, you will be picked up by our representative and will transfer you to your hotel. Check-in into your hotel and freshen up, enjoy the rest of the day at your own leisure.

 

Overnight: Bangkok

Day 02 : Bangkok City Tour (B)

After having your breakfast our guide will pick you up from your hotel for a visit to the Bangkok’s "City of Angels" where you will able to explore the Indian Market, referred to as "Little India", with lively stalls, street food stalls, restaurants, gold shops, fabric shop and wholesale flower market.

 

Head to visit the Reclining Buddha at Wat Pho, which is a giant Buddha, covered in gold leaf in the lying position. It is around 150 feet long and almost 40 feet high and is in fact the largest and oldest temple in Bangkok city.

 

End the day with a drive through the Royal Avenue, the King's Palace and most government offices are located here. Enjoy the rest of the day at your own leisure.

Day 03 :Ayutthaya (B)

Early in the morning, our driver will drive you to Ayutthaya, ancient capital of the Kingdom of Siam. It was the second capital of the Kingdom of Siam after Sukhothai, for more than 400 years, and was once the largest magnificent city in Southeast Asia. Here, you will be exploring the Ayutthaya Historical Park comprising palaces, monasteries and towers, representing the glory of the ancient era. It is designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

 

Visit to the Bang Pa-In Palace, which was built by King Prasat Thong in 1632 and it served as the Royal Summer Palace of the Kings. The palace complex comprises many beautiful buildings with stunning architectural style, and is surrounded by a lake, adding to the splendor of the place. Later, visit the Chai Wattanaram Temple, built by King Prasat Thong, who was a commoner. King Prasat Thong defeated the previous king and took the throne. 

 

Return to Bangkok and have a comfortable stay.

Day 04 :Full Day Pattaya Tour 


Have your breakfast and get ready to explore Pattaya, upon arrival head to Pratumnak Hill Viewpoint, famous for offering scenic views of the city and the vast coastline.

 

Next on the list is The Sanctuary of Truth, famous for its wooden structure; build according to traditional Thai architectural design, with the carvings and themes depicting that from Buddhism and Hinduism and the great mythological stories. 

 

Enjoy your lunch at a local restaurant; savor traditional Thai cuisine and fresh seafood. 

 

Later visit Khao Chi Chan often referred to as the Buddha Mountain, where there is Big Buddha image engraved into the rock with the help of lasers and is covered with gold leaf. It is one of largest image of Buddha in the world.

Day 05 : Wat Phra Kaew, Grand Palace Bangkok Canal Tour with Dinner (B,D)

Your Bangkok city tour begins with a trip to Wat Phra Kaew temple which comprises of a meditating Buddha made of Green Emerald. From Wat Phra Kaew continue your tour to the Grand Palace, located at a walking distance. 

The Grand Palace is the former residence of the king of Thailand, from King Rama I to King Rama V. It has many buildings, courtyards, gardens, halls, and temples. The Grand Palace was constructed in 1782 and since then has been the residence of the Thai King, and has been the administrative center of the government the Royal court.

Have your lunch at a local restaurant and continue your canal tour on Chao Phraya River of Thonburi and visit the Wat Arun temple. This iconic river flows right beside the Grand Palace and the Wat Arun temple.

In the evening, before returning back to your hotel, take a tuk-tuk ride to visit a local restaurant to have your dinner.

Day 06 : Full Day Khao Yai National Park with Lunch (B,L)

Early in the morning set your day to explore the Khao Yai National Park in Thailand which is located around 170 km away from Bangkok city and will take around 3 hours to reach and depends on traffic conditions as well. Tourists can engage in activities like wildlife exploration, hiking around the trails and enjoy the views of the waterfalls.

 

Opt for hiking experience along the Nong Pak Chee Trail, explore deeper into the forest, walk through the trails that is filled with varied species of flora and has stunning landscape. Later visit the Baan Ta Chang natural spring, which is situated in the midst of park. Enjoy a swim here for a refreshing experience. Enjoy a lunch at a local restaurant, try the delicious Thai cuisines.

Before day breaks return to the hotel.

Day 07 : Full Day Damnoen Saduak Floating Market with Lunch (B, L)

Head to Damnoen Saduak Floating Market, wherein you can see the lifestyle of the local Thai people living in this floating village, and has beautiful markets, stalls, and shops on boats, temples and more. Enjoy a boat ride around the canals of the market, moving through beautiful houses of the vendors located in the canals, the colorful shops and stalls and the boats filled with goods.

Optional: Damnoen Saduak Floating Market with lunch

 

Overnight: Bangkok

Day 08 : Depart Thailand


Your tour ends, have your breakfast and check-out from the hotel. You will be transferred to Bangkok International Airport to board your flight for your return to your home country.
